HISTORY

Heath Belser is an Emmy-nominated executive producer and content leader with over twenty years building the teams, standards and workflows behind premium content.

He founded Hunter Blue in 2016 and has run it since, owning both the creative vision and the business behind it. He staffs and leads full teams of producers, editors, colorists, audio mixers, designers and on-camera talent, manages budgets and vendor networks, and sets the quality bar across concurrent projects. He bid, won and executive produced a million-dollar national campaign for Toyota.

His editorial credits include five Netflix comedy specials, all five debuting in the Netflix top five, the Apple TV+ documentary series Messi Meets America, the double gold award winning Hulu series Grails, and more than twenty ESPN originals and limited series as producer and editor. He served on NBC’s Control C craft unit for the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics, cutting primetime features with Stanley Tucci and Snoop Dogg. He received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Edited Special for The Great Debate with Charles Barkley.

On the brand side, he has delivered national campaigns for Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Ram, Kia, Alfa Romeo and S.Pellegrino, working within agency and brand creative ecosystems.

He began his career at Florida State University, where he produced a weekly sports magazine show for FOX Sports managing a staff of more than twenty, and taught advanced production as an adjunct professor. He is currently developing two original series.
